4 couples for 3 days of golfing and relaxation. Unit was as described with all the amenities needed. All golf courses only a few minute drive and plenty of restaurants within and just outside Palmetto Dunes. Would gladly stay there again.

We have an annaul family and friends golf get together and have rented this house almost every year. Only year we missed was it was already rented one year. There's a reason we keep going back...because its great! Large and plenty of room for everyone, great staff and they make everything so easy and efficient. Can't recommend the house or Palmetto Dunes Rentals enough.

The home that we rented on property was beyond our expectations. It was so spacious and everyone had their own bathroom . Absolutely fantastic location as we were able to walk to all the amenities. The and Dunes House had great food . Property Staff was very friendly. Our unit was ready early!! We will be coming back again.

Nice house that is a short walk to the beach. We had bikes delivered which was really nice and an easy way to get to the pickleball clinics and round robins along with riding all over the island and to restaurants, etc.
The house could use some new mattresses upstairs in the room at the end of the hall with the 2 double beds. New pillows would definitely help also.

We have a group that comes every year, for the past 4, to play golf and enjoy the island. This house is one the group always asks to stay in because 1) it’s so nice 2) great location - walking distance to the beach, and 3) great price. We look forward to staying there every year. The house at 6 Flagg drive was terrific for a week's stay for our family of 10 (including two young children). The comfortable open plan living room / kitchen / dining room set-up made for very comfortable socializing, and a great place to hang out even when the weather was rainy. The bedrooms were spread out and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the walk to the beach really is only 10 minutes crossing a bridge over the lagoon. In general the kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook a Thanksgiving meal, with a few very minor lapses (some starter filters for the coffee machine would be nice). The house was clean and well cared for. Since it was November, we didn't swim, but it seemed like the small backyard pool would be a great little respite in warmer weather. All in all, a great place for a family stay!

This property worked well for 3 families. It was in a great location, easy walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the general store/pickleball courts. The one downside was the pool could not be heated in April.

This lovely Hilton Head Island vacation rental is within a ten minute walk to the beach. It features an open layout with two master suites and a private pool. As you walk into the front door, you are greeted by an open floor plan which consists of a large dining room, living area, and newly updated kitchen. The large bar top provides additional seating for everyone to convene in the kitchen while enjoying a home cooked meal, with an adjacent dining area providing seating for eight.
The primary suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a large jetted garden tub and stand alone shower overlooking the newly landscaped pool. The second bedroom has a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two double beds, TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
Pool heat is not available with this home.
