6202 Hampton Place North is located just through the South Gate and then down Ocean Lane with the Hampton Place complex entrance on the left. Guests will have easy access to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes Resort has to offer including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop and more as well as direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk.

Hampton Place Community Fitness Center [31]This two bedroom Hampton Place condominium has been decorated with the utmost care. New furnishings abound in this contemporary beach-themed condominium! The kitchen is elegant with its stainless steel appliances and granite countertop while being fully-equipped with everything you'll need to create a home-cooked meal. There's bar seating for two as well.
The kitchen opens to the dining area, which seats six. Just beyond the dining area is the living room which has been beautifully designed. From the flooring to the paint and the furniture, this whole condominium is light and bright. The living room features a SMART TV, sleeper sofa and a slider door to access your private, ocean view balcony.
The primary bedroom consists of a king bed (mattress replaced August 2025), HDTV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is elegant with its two-sink granite-topped vanity, beautifully tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.
The guest bedroom consists of a Queen and Twin Bed (Both Mattresses Replaced August 2025) HDTV and its own bathroom as well. This guest bathroom has its own granite-topped vanity, and a tub and shower combination which is great for kids and adults alike.
The furnishings include a portable desk for a working vacation.
Outside you'll love the sweeping Atlantic Ocean views! The beach is just a short elevator ride away! The Hampton Place complex consists of a large swimming pool and separate hot tub, lap pool and private gym.

*No elevator usage end of September through Mid to Late October 2025. The elevator will be out of service for several weeks in the North Building (6000's)*
**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
