6307 Hampton Place North is located just through the South Gate and then down Ocean Lane with the Hampton Place complex entrance on the left. Guests will have easy access to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes Resort has to offer including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop and more as well as direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk.

The villa is beautifully decorated and located on some of the best grounds in the resort. The Hampton Place community offers private access to the ocean, two pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and underground parking.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, HDTV, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and community pool. The en-suite bathroom has been fully renovated with a double sink vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower, providing a serene retreat.
On the opposite side of the property, the guest bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, private access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
