This is our third or fourth stay in this unit and it is wonderful every time! It is a large space, the community pool is right outside your backdoor, and you are steps away from the golf course, clubhouse, driving range, general store, and the Hilton Head Outfitters. The unit has everything we need, the beds are comfortable and the porch containing the garbage can and HVAC outside is the perfect place to park our bikes. We love it and Palmetto Dunes and look forward to planning our next stay.

We have stayed in Sea Pines for 20+ years hit couldn’t get a good rental on short notice so tried Palmetto Dunes. Amazing experience! Great walkability and the best tennis and pickleball. We’ll be back. Also GORGEOUS unit. Had some glitches with a 2-day delay on rental bikes.

This villa checked all the boxes that we were looking for in a rental. The entire experience was positive. The unit (Queen's Grant 646) was perfectly situated for us; the pool was only cards away. The unit was clean upon arrival. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The shuttle to and from the beach was excellent. Lighting in unit needs help. No cutting board.

We stayed for 2 weeks after the sale of our local home and before the closing of its replacement. We were too busy to enjoy any of the resort's amenities but valued the central location. Highs included the spaciousness of the unit, accentuated by the open ceiling in the LR/DR, good-sized kitchen and bedrooms, and the great closet space. We especially appreciated the work desk area off the LR. Lows included completely inadequate parking for the occupancy capacity of the complex, lack of adequate glassware and cups/mugs and the mixed nature of what was there, and almost complete absence of hangers in the closets. If we hadn't been in the middle of a move and able to bring our own, we would have needed to go out and buy some hangers. There was no tub stopper in the MBR and the sink stopper was not functional. The kitchen sink stoppers didn't hold water. Grout in the corners of the master bath is missing, and substructure wood rot will result if the tile is not completely regrouted.

We spent a lot of time in this rental due to inclement weather in October 2021. It has a fantastic layout for large group/family. Modern kitchen and baths. The previous cleaning seemed rushed but that’s easily fixed. No major issues.

Bathrooms could of been cleaner. More dishes, and pot,and pans, silverware. washer , and dryer has no lit filter, took long to dry clothes, also deposal never worked.

Over all my stay was very good. The master bed was comfortable and the living area nice. The kitchen is nice but I would recommend additional cookware if possible. Also, indoor doormats at each door will help cut down on the amount of sand tracked into the home.

Staff Great. Facilties well-maintained. #646 was fine, with a few exceptions. Deck was full of sand. Grill was not clean and unusable. There were NO pots to cook with (staff brought over a mirror in bedroom. Shuttle service was very good amenity. Front desk check-in staff lovely and efficient.

646 Queens Grant is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. After turning into Palmetto Dunes Resort, follow down Queens Folly Road for ½ mile and after crossing over the bridge, make the first left into Queens Grant. The Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse is a short walk away as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center and Alexander’s Restaurant! The beach is easily accessible by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle.
