6508 Hampton Place North is located just through the South Gate and then down Ocean Lane with the Hampton Place complex entrance on the left. Guests will have easy access to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes Resort has to offer including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop and more as well as direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk.

The expanded kitchen with quartz countertops and large pantry is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. Upgraded stainless steel appliances include an induction cooktop, double oven with microwave, large refrigerator, separate beverage refrigerator and quiet Bosch dishwasher.
There are multiple eating areas including a dining table for six, breakfast nook with four stools and counter stools for a quick cup of coffee or snack. Or eat outside on the large balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze as you watch pelicans fly by.
The living room has balcony access and is beautifully furnished in coastal contemporary style with plenty of comfortable seating and a 65” smart TV. The two swivel chairs are a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean views.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity and custom tiled walk-in shower. There is a private oceanfront balcony with a comfortable chair and sofa for reading or an afternoon nap.
The second bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath with tiled walk-in shower and access to the second oceanfront balcony.
The third bedroom can be configured with two extra long twin beds or a king bed. Its en-suite bathroom has a combination tub/shower.
There are high quality mattresses and wall-mounted 55” smart TVs in each bedroom and motorized shades throughout for privacy and convenience. The laundry room has an oversized washer and dryer.
Hampton Place is one of the most sought after villa complexes on the island. Its beautiful grounds include a large pool, separate lap pool, kids’ pool, hot tub, barbeque area with covered dining pavilion, fitness center and peaceful oceanside deck. The beach is less than a minute away!
The award-winning Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort features three championship golf courses, a nationally recognized tennis and pickleball center, multiple restaurant options, miles of walking/biking paths and a lagoon system for kayaking. Two hours of daily tennis/pickleball court time (subject to availability) and discounts on golf, bike/kayak rentals and dining are included with this villa rental.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
