665 Queens Grant is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. After turning into Palmetto Dunes Resort, follow down Queens Folly Road for ½ mile and after crossing over the bridge, make the first left into Queens Grant. The Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse is a short walk away as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center and Alexander’s Restaurant! The beach is easily accessible by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle.

Queens Grant Community Pool [34]This Hilton Head condo rental is a golfer's dream! Spacious town home with a large private deck with grill and seating overlooking the lagoon with fountain.
You cannot beat the price, size, and overall value of this property. Brand-new carpet was just put in all bedrooms and loft. Just a 10 minute bike ride to the beach! This villa is conveniently located close to the Robert Trent Jones golf course clubhouse, Tennis Center and General Store.
The expansive Kitchen will be fully-stocked with everything you'll need to cook for the entire family. The Dining Area has seating for six. The Living Room has a brand-new sleeper sofa and a massive 85-inch Smart TV and accompanying sound bar, along with a slider to your private Deck. On the deck there is seating and your own grill to cook up your own meals!
The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, HDTV and en-suite Primary Bathroom which has been completely updated with a new walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two Twin beds and an HDTV with an en-suite tiled tub and shower combination. Upstairs you'll find a loft with a Bonus Twin bed and another HDTV. Down the hall is the third bedroom, with a Queen bed and two sets of Twin Bunks.
With its quiet atmosphere and calming views, you are bound to run into numerous turtles and ducks that frequent the serene lagoon!
