Thank you for letting us know about the carpet, we have scheduled a clean. There is no known issue with the HVAC systems, we have fans in all of our properties for guests who enjoy them. However, we have scheduled a maintenance call with the HVAC provider to make sure everything is running in tip top shape. We look forward to welcoming you back!

704 Queens Grant is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. After turning into Palmetto Dunes Resort, follow down Queens Folly Road for ½ mile and after crossing over the bridge, make the first left into Queens Grant. The Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse is a short walk away as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center and Alexander’s Restaurant! The beach is easily accessible by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle.

As you enter the villa foyer you are greeted by the Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas. The Kitchen comes fully equipped to meet all your family's cooking needs. The Washer and Dryer are located here as well. The Dining Area has seating for Six, with an additional table and seating for two located between the Dining and Living Areas. The Living Room features comfortable furniture and is large enough for your family to spread out in front of the Flat Screen TV. The First Floor Master Bedroom has a King bed, Flat Screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower. The Second Floor is where you'll find both of the Guest Bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination between them. One Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed plus a set of Twin Bunk Beds. The other Guest Bedroom also has one Queen bed and a set of Twin Bunk Beds. Outside this large villa you'll be able to enjoy your private deck with its wonderful views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Easily walk to the Robert Trent Jones Clubhouse, Big Jims Restaurant, General Store, Alexanders Restaurant and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
