706 Queens Grant is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. After turning into Palmetto Dunes Resort, follow down Queens Folly Road for ½ mile and after crossing over the bridge, make the first left into Queens Grant. The Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse is a short walk away as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center and Alexander’s Restaurant! The beach is easily accessible by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle.

Queens Grant Community Pool [34]This absolutely fantastic villa is located within the Queens Grant Community in Palmetto Dunes.
The kitchen was completely renovated and is now an open concept! All appliances are high-quality stainless steel and the cabinets are custom tailored. The dining and living areas are well appointed, with the living room featuring a flat screen TV and access to the private deck. There is a gas grill on the deck with so you can dine out on your private patio over looking Robert Trent Jones golf course.
The Primary bedroom features a King bed with flat screen TV and access to the private deck. The second bedroom consists of one Queen and one Twin with a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have been completely updated! The Primary bathroom has a custom tiled shower while the guest bathroom has a custom tiled tub/shower combo.
The views are over the top! From your private deck, you will have views of the 1st hole of Robert Trent Jones and also the Driving Range and practice areas.
