2. The penthouse is a nice size and has a nice floor plan.
3. Location is excellent.
4. The penthouse was fairly clean, with some updates and with no noticable bugs.
5. My wife loved the antiques in the penthouse.
6. Excellent choice of televisions and placements.
Con's;
1.The couch and the chairs in the living room are stained. The balcony lounge chair cushions are stained and has mold on them. Needs cushions for the chairs on the balcony table set.
2. The pots and pans needs to be thrown away and new ones purchased. Walmart has nice ones for low price. We purchased one to use.
3. Both fireplaces are not usable.
4. Not sure if the shower downstairs works. The shower in the upstairs guest bedroom did not work properly.
5. The barbeque grill was filthy. We did NOT use it.
5. Area rugs need to be changed. They've seen better days.
6. Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom does not work.
7. The water was shut off without notice. It was eventually turned back on.
8. Windows do not open.
9. Paint needs to be touched up in some areas.

7124 Harbourside I is located at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina which is mid-island across from Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Turn right into the Shelter Cove entrance from Hwy 278 and follow this road until you reach a circle and Harbourside I is on the right. Harbourside villas offer sweeping views of the Shelter Cove Marina and are walking distance to waterfront dining, shopping, and entertainment. The beach is accessed within Palmetto Dunes with a couple minute drive or by calling the seasonal, on-call shuttle service The Palmetto Dunes Buggy.

This villa has over 2500 square feet of living space making it one of only a handful of true Penthouse condos in Shelter Cove and Hilton Head Island on the whole. The Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. Primary bath features a jetted tub with separate shower. Cook outside on the built-in gas grill with views of the marina. The Community Pool is easily accessed within the Harbourside I complex! So many restaurants and activities are just steps away from this condo. Restaurants within this area include Ela's fine dining seafood, San Miguel's mexican, Scott's Fish Market, Social Bakery and Bucci's Bar and Grille to name just a few. There are also many different shops that are just down the stairs from your condo. Activities just steps away which can be arranged include paddleboarding, in-shore and offshore fishing trips, boat rentals, kayak tours and dolphin tours. Fireworks can easily be seen from your balcony every Tuesday between June 11 and August 20th (dates may be subject to change), as well as 4th of July Fireworks.
