Compliments to the maintenance staff who responded to our issues with courtesy and promptness. They arrived to fix issues when they said they would which is a rarity these days. The property was clean but could use deep cleaning (blinds, carpet, etc) and a few more upgrades. We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there again as long as we are playing tennis.

7810 Centre Court is located through the South Gate and then a quick right over the lagoon bridge, off Carnoustie Road. It's a very short (bike ride or walk) distance by path and walking bridge behind Alexander's to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. It's a little farther to the beach by bike or by free seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle.

Centre Court Community Pool [30]This centrally located villa is perfect for golfers and families alike! The fully equipped kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops and renovated cabinetry while also having seating for four at the kitchen pass-thru. There is a coffee station set up in the kitchen for making your morning cup of joe. Just beyond the kitchen the formal dining area seats six.
The living room contains coastal contemporary decor and features a large SMART TV, vaulted ceilings and slider access to your private balcony. There is plenty of seating, both inside and out. Outside, on your private patio, there are beautiful views of the 11 mile lagoon and mature trees draped in Spanish moss. Relaxing is the key word at this villa.
The two bedrooms are on either side of the villa and have two queen beds in each room. Each of the bedrooms also has its own en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have been updated with granite vanities and a tub and shower combination.
This villa is a very easy walk to Alexander's restaurant, Outfitters bike shop, tennis, pickleball courts, and the Robert Trent Jones and George Fazio golf courses. Conveniently located to make biking or walking to the beach easy. Come spend your Hilton Head vacation at this wonderfully, cozy coastal villa. You will love it!
