We spent 3 months in this unit and were very satisfied with the unit. we rented through Palmetto Dunes and they were excellent, came several times for minor issues and were very prompt and professional. The unit is well suited for short stays but we found the lack of a pantry a little awkward for a 3 month visit. Overall a great unit.

The property was clean , need to put out more towels for guests. The guest in the property above us was very noisy and had kids running and walking hard all times of the morning and night.

Nice open floor plan that included kitchen, dining area and living room. Liked the separate bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms that were away from the main living areas. Loved the artwork and the fresh air on the screened in porch. This villa was very close to the tennis center and my husband enjoys tennis and being short walking distance to the center. Please let the owners know that we loved the art work with the black dog on it. It looked exactly like my daughter's dog who loves water and especially the ocean. Her 14 year old dog was diagnosed with very severe cancer and she had to have one of her legs amputated. I told her about the picture and she agreed it was so amazing. She searched online and found where she could order one. She now has it on her wall at home. She was not there with us so it was comforting to see that painting while we were there. We would rent it again.

Nice little 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. My husband and I and my sister and brother-in-law come to Hilton Head every year around the beginning of March. If you don't mind not being on the beach it's a great place to stay. It was quiet while we were there. I would give it 5 stars except I think the condo could use a good deep cleaning. My husband is big on clean furnace filters which he checked and they were in need of change. Other than that the place had everything we needed for our stay and the price was good.

7835 Centre Court is located through the South Gate and then a quick right over the lagoon bridge, off Carnoustie Road. It's a very short (bike ride or walk) distance by path and walking bridge behind Alexander's to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. It's a little farther to the beach by bike or by free seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle.

This newly updated Hilton Head villa is located within walking distance to the beach.
The living room has access to the private deck and features a large smart HDTV.
The newly designed kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal.
Both bedrooms include two queen size beds, smart HDTV, and a en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms feature a tub and shower combination and newly updated vanities.
Centre Court is located on the 11 mile lagoon system that meanders through Palmetto Dunes. The complex offers a large outdoor pool and overlooks a portion of the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
