8 Flagg is located inside the South Gate of Palmetto Dunes. With your gate pass you'll go through the South Gate, a quick right onto Carnoustie Rd and left onto St. George Rd, then a right onto Flagg. The beach is just a short 10 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. It is a quick drive to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant and more.

The living room features two leather sofas, a 65-inch smart TV, abundant natural light from large windows, and a small desk area ideal for those needing to work while on vacation. French doors provide access to a private balcony overlooking the pool area.
The newly updated gourmet kitchen boasts GE Café top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and a stunning coastal tile backsplash. A coffee bar with a built-in beverage cooler adds convenience, while a center island with seating for three makes for the perfect spot for a quick bite. The adjacent dining area features a beautiful teak table that comfortably seats eight.
The Primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king bed, a cozy sitting area, HDTV, and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in shelving. The en-suite Primary Bathroom has been fully renovated with luxurious touches and high-end designer finishes. It features a large vanity with double sinks, a freestanding soaking tub, and a spacious tiled walk-in shower, all thoughtfully curated for both comfort and style.
Mid-level, just up a small set of stairs behind the kitchen, is the first Guest Bedroom with a queen bed, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Further down the hall is another Guest Bedroom, also with a king bed, HDTV, and private en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower.
Up another small staircase is the third Guest Bedroom, perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring two double beds, a HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
Outside, enjoy your private pool with a tranquil waterfall feature. The pool deck is finished with beautiful brick pavers and furnished for both quick snacks and long, sun-soaked afternoons. The pool can be heated (June through October) for an additional fee.
Just a short walk from the Atlantic Ocean and the many amenities of Palmetto Dunes, this custom-built home was designed with elegance, comfort, and relaxation in mind.
