9 Fazio Villas is located through the South Gate and then a quick right over the lagoon bridge, off Carnoustie Road. It's a very short (bike ride or walk) distance by path and walking bridge behind Alexander's to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. It's a little farther to the beach by bike or by free seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle.

Walking through the villa, you'll soon understand that comfort was made high priority while still maintaining a contemporary concept. The living room and all bedrooms come with HDTVs. The Dining Area is well placed and seats six. The Kitchen is expansive and comes fully-equipped to meet your family or group's culinary needs.
The Primary Suite is located on the first floor with the two remaining bedrooms being on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Enjoy your private deck with dining table while watching the golfers at play on the George Fazio golf course!
Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.
Walk to the George Fazio Golf Course in just a couple minutes! Easily walk to the beach within 5-10 minutes with drivable beach access available within a one minute drive at Disney's beach access pavilion!
