Reviewed on 2021-08-03 by , Cincinatti, OH United StatesNot so good: Musty smell especially second floor, second floor beds seemed to be double beds, not queen size, and decks had not been cleaned. I kept the upstairs dehumidifier running and emptied it all the time. The villa should have been updated along with the kitchen. We have stayed in PD for almost 15 summers and the villas we stayed in previously had nicer furniture and window treatments.

9 Hickory Cove is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Hickory Cove entrance sign quickly on the left. Hickory Cove is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away and the private community pool is centrally located in the complex.
