9 Starboard Tack is located a little over a mile within the North Gate of Palmetto Dunes. With your gate pass you'll go through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy to Sea Lane then turning left on Starboard Tack. The beach can be accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which is a free on-call shuttle service that runs seasonally!
