This is truly a rental unit and looks like it. We spent the month of March in it and overall were very happy other than things mentioned.
The location is great right at the front of Inverness, 2 min walk to the pool.
Bathrooms are nice, spacious and were clean. Very spacious compared to the 2 bedroom units.

903 Inverness Village is located through the South Gate and then the first right onto Carnoustie Road. Follow down this road and the Inverness Village entrance will be on the right across from Turnberry Village. The distance to the beach is a little less than a mile by a nice bike ride or you can use the free seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle. It is a quick drive to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant and more.

Entrance of Inverness Community [37]You are going to love staying in this very well kept three bedroom Inverness villa. This villa has been nicely decorated throughout with the beach in mind. The fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry has everything you will need for cooking for your friends and family. There is a breakfast nook with seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room which seats six. The living room provides numerous seating options for the whole family and features a large HDTV and slider to the private balcony.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and your own en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom has a double vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. There is a private balcony off the primary bedroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom features two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom as well. A swing-king can be made from two twins in the third bedroom upon request at the time of booking. The bathroom has a double vanity and a tub and shower combination.
Outside on your private balcony you will enjoy sweeping views of the George Fazio golf course! The Inverness community pool is just a minute walk away making it convenient for adults and children alike! The beach is easily accessed by an estimated five minute bike ride, couple minute drive or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy, an on-call shuttle service. You are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer! Come spend your vacation at this lovely villa!

No pets are allowed at this property.
One exception was the ranger at Robert Jones golf course, he gets a big zero
