This is truly a rental unit and looks like it. We spent the month of March in it and overall were very happy other than things mentioned.
The location is great right at the front of Inverness, 2 min walk to the pool.
Bathrooms are nice, spacious and were clean. Very spacious compared to the 2 bedroom units.

903 Inverness Village is located through the South Gate and then the first right onto Carnoustie Road. Follow down this road and the Inverness Village entrance will be on the right across from Turnberry Village. The distance to the beach is a little less than a mile by a nice bike ride or you can use the free seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle. It is a quick drive to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant and more.
