907 Inverness Village is located through the South Gate and then the first right onto Carnoustie Road. Follow down this road and the Inverness Village entrance will be on the right across from Turnberry Village. The distance to the beach is a little less than a mile by a nice bike ride or you can use the free seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle. It is a quick drive to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant and more.

This beautifully updated end unit has panoramic views of the 11 mile lagoon and the George Fazio golf course that you can enjoy from your private deck. The coastal colors and décor will relax you immediately. The owner has spared no expense in upgrades, brand new furnishings and art work.
The well equipped kitchen has custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Cooking for your family or friends is easy in this contemporary kitchen. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the 2 story villa. The kitchen opens up into both the dining room and living room. The dining table seats 6. The cozy living room has plenty of seating, a built in custom made bookcase with a large HDTV and sliders out to your own private deck. Outside, the deck has seating and a table with an umbrella and your own grill. The views from the deck are breath taking!
The primary king bedroom has a smart tv and slider out to the deck. The updated primary bathroom has a double vanity and a walk in tiled shower. Down the hall is a bedroom that has 2 twin beds and a smart tv. The updated twin bathroom has a tub shower combination.
Upstairs, there is another bedroom with 2 double beds and a separate loft area. The updated upstairs bathroom has a walk in stone pebbled shower. The open loft, next to the bedroom, looks out onto the both the living area and deck with beautiful views. The loft has a smart tv and plenty of room to sit and chill out after a great day at Palmetto Dunes!
Inverness Village is located near the George Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes. The community amenities include an onsite pool and private tennis courts. The beach, which is less than a mile away, is easily accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a seasonal on call free shuttle service.
You are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer: golfing, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, the 11 mile lagoon, the beach, shopping, restaurants and miles of bike paths!
