708 Queens Grant is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. After turning into Palmetto Dunes Resort, follow down Queens Folly Road for ½ mile and after crossing over the bridge, make the first left into Queens Grant. The Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse is a short walk away as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center and Alexander’s Restaurant! The beach is easily accessible by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle.

Conveniently located just off the kitchen is a private service yard, while a stacked washer and dryer are thoughtfully integrated into the kitchen cabinetry for added convenience. The dining area seats six and flows seamlessly into the spacious living room, where vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light create an open and inviting atmosphere. The living room is comfortably furnished with coastal décor and includes a Smart HDTV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay connected while away. Sliding glass doors lead to a large private deck overlooking the lagoon, complete with outdoor seating for six; an ideal spot for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or simply relaxing and enjoying the view.
The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, Smart HDTV, and direct access to the private deck with tranquil lagoon views. The fully renovated en-suite bathroom offers a tiled walk-in shower and a modern backlit mirror.
Across the hall, the guest bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one twin bed, along with a Smart HDTV.
